1. Shop online. You may place your order on this website browse online and put items into your shopping cart and purchase with Pay Pal. 

2. Phone orders. Call and talk to one of the potters 304-872-2841, 304-872-0244 and place your order with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover by phone. 

3. Mail order. Send a Certified Cashiers Check or Money Order with shopping list total from our web page to; Gauley River Pottery 526 W Mt Lookout Rd, Mt Lookout, WV 26678 be sure to include your name, return address and phone number so we may contact you should any problems arise with your order.

4. Gift Card. Purchase the Gauley River Pottery Gift Card by phone. Gauley River Pottery Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only. It may not be redeemed for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

5. Visit our Studio and Gallery in West Virginia Wednesday - Sunday 10:00AM to 4:00PM EST.

6. Custom orders. Contact us via phone or email to place a Custom orders. Custom orders are thrown on the wheel within three days and may take up to six weeks to be completed.

We collect e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail. The information we collect is used for internal review, used to improve the content of our website, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.  If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail to us, calling us at the above telephone number or writing to us at the above address and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

Shipping & Handling Policies  

We ship via USPS  in the continental US.  Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your delivery. Shipping is not included. A proper USPS mailing address is required. 

Orders placed online are processed as follows: After your secure order is placed online, we ship your order within 2 days we make every effort to keep items in stock. If an item is not available at the time of your order, your item will go to backorder. A backorder means it will be shipped to you once the item is in stock again.   You will receive an email with an estimated time for delivery.

Return Policies  

Refunds on returned items will be less the shipping and handling charges.

Refunds on returned items which were paid online with Paypal will be refunded through your Paypal account.

Refunds on returned items which were paid for by Credit Card, will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase.

Refunds on returned items which were paid for by check will only be made by check after a 30-day waiting period.

Check your order immediately upon receipt, inspect your purchase carefully for damaged or missing items. Discrepancy must be reported to Gauley River Pottery within 10 days after you receive your shipment. Upon our authorization, the merchandise can be sent back to us in new/clean condition, with any shipping charges fully prepaid. You must include a copy of the invoice or original Sales Order or have verbal authorization. Otherwise we reserve the right to decline consideration of your return. We reserve the right to determine the validity of exchanges and returns. COD returns will not be accepted. For your own protection, insure the package. Returns for reasons other than defective merchandise or an error on our part, carry a 20% restocking charge. If any of the above conditions are not met, Gauley River Pottery reserves the right to refuse the return.

All products are hand made and sizes vary from piece to piece. Measurements are taken from rim to rim and do not include the handle.

Warranty  

Gauley River Pottery guarantees our products for defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by shipping, product abuse, accident, neglect, or misuse.

At our choice we will replace product deemed to be defective and which will be returned to Gauley River Pottery via prepaid shipment within the warranty period. No other warranty is expressed or implied.  Gauley River Pottery shall not be liable for any damage to property or personal injury sustained while using these products for any reason.  

Pricing

Pricing is subject to change without notice. Gauley River Pottery shall not be held liable for typographical errors that may appear within this Website.  All descriptions, specifications, drawings or illustrations shown in catalogs, Web site or advertising material and similar information given verbally or in writing is given for general guidance only and no warranty or guarantee of any kind is to be implied nor is such information to form part of any contract.  In accordance with our policy of constantly improving products we reserve the right to change specifications, or delete any item from our catalog, web site, price lists or any other literature without prior notice.
